Who we are

Information we collect
When you request a slot or contact us, we collect what you provide: name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any details you include about your vehicle. If analytics are enabled, we collect standard usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location from IP) through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform services, keep service records (including gloss readings and warranty registrations), and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing texts or emails you didn't ask for.
Sharing
Lead details are forwarded to our scheduling and customer management system. Coating and film warranties require registering your vehicle with the product manufacturer. Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it.
Cameras
The studio is camera-monitored for vehicle security. Footage is retained on a rolling basis and reviewed only when needed for an incident.
Retention & your choices
Service records are kept for the life of any active warranty plus applicable legal periods. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (warranty and legal records excepted), by emailing studio@blacklinedetailworks.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
